Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene has taken to social media to help recruit a new generation of role-crictical employees that they hope will become the leaders of tomorrow.
Many employers find that recruiting for roles in transport and warehousing extremely challenging. Although these are not the most glamorous jobs, without them companies would be unable to deliver their goods effectively and would soon lose customers to businesses that can.
Even for companies like Bunzl, whose impressive staff retention figures are some of the highest in the UK, holding on to these essential employees is a constant challenge given the amount of competition for them.
To help remedy this, we were asked to produce a set of films that would help Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene canvas new candidates for a whole host of support roles including drivers, warehouse operatives and operational staff.
The films highlighted the collaborative culture that Bunzl operates, the many employee benefits as well as a number of success stories where employees have accelerated from support roles into managerial positions.
